Hogle Zoo

We went to the zoo with Brenda, Taryn and Nate on the 25th of September to see the baby elephant.............It was so worth it. A beautiful day and the baby was soooo cute.

Utah State Fair

We went the Fair with Angie on Saturday night. It was crazy! The girls had got tickets from a reading program to get in and for a ride. Blake and I usually don't let the kids ride carnival rides because they are carnival rides but I guess my brain was still shut down. So the girls got to ride some rides and they had a blast.

Kylie's Birthday August 28th

After school we went to Hogle Zoo with Taryn and Brenda it was fun but Kylie had some kind of UTI so the two of us spent most of the time in the bathrooms which was really hard on her because she was sad that Leah was spending more time with Taryn.

Kylie did feel better once we got home, opened presents and went to Mcdonalds for dinner. I think the cake worked in her favor as well.

First Day of School August 24th

Charles started 9th grade and Carrie started 8th grade at Eisenhower Jr. High. Kylie started 2nd grade and Leah started 3rd grade at Truman Elementary.

Carrie's Birthday August 23rd

The night before Carrie's Birthday we went to Mulligan's to play a game of minature golf, it was really fun.

On Carrie's birthday Blake took the kids ice skating and they had a blast. Ian let Carrie borrow some of his goalie pads and she loved skating around with them.
